You place the order. We email payment instructions after we review your order. Pay within 14 days of placing the order. We cancel unpaid orders after 14 days and email you when we do.
We ship after payment arrives. Checkout does not take card payments.
Ground $9.95, free on orders of $250.00 or more after discounts. Priority $19.95. Orders ship within 2 business days after payment arrives. Ground usually takes 3 to 6 business days and Priority 1 to 3 business days after the order ships. These are our estimates, and a carrier can take longer.
We ship to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. We cannot ship to U.S. territories or to military mail addresses.
Buyers must be 21 or older. At checkout you confirm your age and that you are buying for in-vitro laboratory research only.
Read the returns page. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded when you report them in time.
Email orders@appeptide.com with your order number as soon as you can. We cancel an order only if it has not shipped.
