Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms, the research-use policy and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Who may order

You must be 21 or older. You must be buying for in-vitro laboratory research. You confirm both at checkout. We store each confirmation with the order.

Research use only

Every product is sold for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or animal use.

Sold for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal use, and not for use as a drug, food, dietary supplement or cosmetic. Not approved by the FDA. Buyers must be 21 or older.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, hold or cancel any order. We may limit quantities.

If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Our order system sets the price when you place the order. A price shown on a page can change before then.

We email payment instructions after we review your order. We hold an order until payment arrives. We may cancel an unpaid order. Checkout does not take card payments.

If a price is wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. The shipping page lists methods and prices. Ground usually takes 3 to 6 business days and Priority 1 to 3 business days after the order ships. These are our estimates, and a carrier can take longer.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. You must give us a correct address.

Returns and refunds

The returns page forms part of these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account. Tell us if you think someone else used it.

We may disable an account that breaks these terms.

Use of this site

Do not misuse this site. Do not try to break, probe or overload it. Do not collect its content at a rate that harms it. Do not submit false information.

Content and marks

The site, its text, its images and its marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them without permission.

No warranty

Products and this site are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Product descriptions name areas of research. They are not instructions.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims, losses and costs caused by your breach of these terms. This includes use of a product outside the research-use policy.

Changes

We may change these terms, our prices and our catalog at any time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
