Read this page before you order. Research products cannot be restocked once they leave us.

Sales are final
All sales are final once an order ships, with the exceptions on this page.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and photos of the package and the product.
We replace the item or refund it.
What we cannot accept
We cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Cancelling before shipment
Email us as soon as you can with your order number. We cancel an order only if it has not shipped.
A cancelled order that you paid for is refunded.
Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid where we can. We confirm the method by email before we send it.
Refunds take up to 10 business days after we approve them.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are refunded only when the error is ours.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us. We open a claim with the carrier.
