This policy applies to every buyer and to every product sold on this site.
What products are for
Sold for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal use, and not for use as a drug, food, dietary supplement or cosmetic. Not approved by the FDA. Buyers must be 21 or older.
Who may buy
You must be 21 or older. You must be buying for in-vitro laboratory research. You confirm both at checkout.
What you may not do
- Use a product in or on a person.
- Use a product in or on an animal.
- Offer a product as a food, drug, cosmetic or supplement.
- Repackage or relabel a product for human or animal use.
- Resell a product to anyone who has not made the same confirmations.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawful handling, storage, use and disposal of every product you buy.
You are responsible for meeting the rules that apply to your laboratory and your state.
Keep products labelled and out of reach of anyone who is not authorised to handle them.
Our right to refuse
We may refuse, hold or cancel an order if we think a product will be used outside this policy.
We may ask you for information about your laboratory and your intended research.
